We repair and service all types of antique, modern wrist and pocket watches (except Timex and Casio).  Our basic service - referred to as COA (Clean, Oil and Adjust) - includes disassembly, four-step ultrasonic cleaning to remove all the old, dry oil and dirt, reassembly of the movement, oiling, testing and adjustment.

This basic service also includes ultrasonic cleaning of the case and metal bracelet.  Quartz watches will receive a fresh new battery.

All Rolex watches will be water tested as part of the basic service.

Without doing a complete examination of a watch, we cannot determine exactly what may be wrong with it.  Such things as bent pivots, cracked jewels and distorted hairsprings or broken mainsprings are all reasons that can cause your watch to stop.  These things need to be corrected in order for your watch to function properly.  We will advise you of any parts that need to be replaced or corrected after your watch has been fully examined.

We will replace all watch parts needed as long as those parts are available and only original parts will be used.  Dials can also be refinished.

If you are tired of winding your mechanical watch, or if it is found  to be unrepairable, we can retrofit a new quartz movement.  If you have that "special" timepiece, we can completely restore it.

We warranty our work on the following services - COA, new movements and circuits.  Our warranty period is twelve (12) months for all quartz and mechanical watches.

The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts used.  It does not cover parts not replaced or work we have not performed, prior damage to the crystal, case or bracelet.  The warranty is void when there is evidence of damage, abuse, neglect, or rust.

Our estimates are free and without obligation to you.  Once we receive your watch, we will send you an estimate for the cost of the repair within seven (7) working days.  If you choose not to have the service done, we will return the watch to you and all you owe is the return postage and insurance.
